Brinkley House

"Been living here before Brinkley Townhomes came to play. The parking if you don’t have a pass I suggest you to not park on the street outside the gate because as I was told as of today, the state and Brinkley house has not come into a agreement that you can park your vehicle on the street. You have been warned and you can get a ticket from parking enforcement. You all need to do better and wonder why people are moving out. You are limited with parking passes unlike before we had 1 reserved and two visitors. Another thing you all have a gate and being towed is not making sense. Why take away the parking reserved and visitors if you all still gonna tow? Nobody is gonna keep reaching out to Borger Management and to Brinkley House when you it should be one or the other. We are the only complex on this street with parking/gate issues. It’s even an issue at the top gate where to much traffic is going on! I repeat don’t park your car on the street or you will get fined! New photos basically start as of 11/03/2023 if you don’t have a pass you can’t park here."

"Do not move here. The reviews are real. I am so glad I moved out of this place. Literally never any parking. You would have to park almost 10 minutes away from your house just to find parking. MANAGEMENT was the worst part! They were so rude and nasty. Act like you are bothering them but don’t hesitate to contact about rent. I kept all of my documentation still to this day. Roaches all throughout the unit, bugs were in the pantry and kept crawling in my food. They had to replace a refrigerator because roaches were in the freezer. I have moved since and I haven’t seen not one bug since moving. The units are dirty and infested. Take your money to a complex that actually cares because BORGER MANAGEMENT doesn’t. Even down to the corporate. Move elsewhere! I’m telling you!"

"AVOID MOVING HERE. It has been awful for me to live here for TWO months. Let's start with the stove. They provided me with a HORRIBLE stove that was covered in mouse feces. Second, there are roaches crawling through the carpet, flooring, and cracks in these walls. MICE are also present. After living here for TWO months, I spoke with the property management business about my worries. Only when I showed the woman in the business center a picture of how the mice was climbing through the walls did the maintenance crew arrive and patch the holes. NO OTHER ACTION WAS TAKEN. They’re so quick to take your money, yet when an issue arises, they respond as though you're annoying them."

"Mr.Felix the maintenance man did a great job working on my apartment this morning. I had a lot of issues but he came in a took care of them very quickly. I really appreciate his time and work. He is a great worker."

"I do not recommend moving to Brinkley House. If I could give no stars I would. I have been living here for 3 months. My first night the washing machine flooded the kitchen. Since, living here the plumbing issues are terrible. The floors and walls are super thin. The rent is expensive and management is unprofessional. Management and maintenance show no interest in the tenants issues not to mention my neighbors under me have mold in their unit."
