I had to reach out the next day to ask and they said it would be shipped that day instead and I had to reach out again that day to check the status and they said it wouldn't be shipped till the next day and delivered on Monday. When the original date was suppose to be shipped on Wednesday and delivered Thursday.. for a birthday gift. I wish I had a good experience, but it was a big headache and not reliable."
