"I enjoy the cleanliness and efficiency of the HT Navy Yard store and it's employees. Today I ordered thru Instacart 7 items among them a bucket of fried chicken. Never have I been presented with a bucket of fried chicken with feathers attached! I know so much is automated but never with Giant, Safeway or Whole Foods with feathered FRIED chicken! Quality control needs to be checked. I threw the entire chicken order out!! Working people trying to provide for their families deserve quality control!!!"
"This store is beyond GREAT! A disability left me unable to leave my home to grocery shop for over 3 years, and a lot has changed. The staff here was very patient, understanding and assisted me in the checking out process. Every time I've visited this store (4th & M Sts., SE) since, staff is visible to assist from the front of the store, throughout my shopping experience. YES, I'd highly recommend this Harris Teeter store!"
"The staff at this location does whatever it feels like. The hot foods, seafood section and pretty much anything that requires work is never open on scheduled time. Why even post signs with times? I asked a staff member about why there wasn't any food out on a Sunday and she told me "Get Over It...It's Opening Later". Will never shop at this location again. Why get a job if you don't wanna do it well."
"Great place to shop. However, would not provide me a courtesy cup of water when I felt weak. The Starbucks and the actual store. Also, customer service was just off on this date. Customer service supervisor was off the chain herself. Overall, a good place to shop"
"Superior grocer located in the Navy Yard. Store also has an amazing bakery, several take away shops to include fresh sushi, pizza, sandwiches, as well as a hot bar where you can find food that compares pretty well with some of the restaurants in the area. The meat department features quality cuts and the produce section is one of the best i have ever seen. Everything here pushes quality and the prices are comparable to other grocers in the city."
