"I have called MULTIPLE times to get information about coverage to get treatment and never received a call back. I was reached out to and told they would be speaking with my insurance and will call me back about options (this was over 4 weeks ago) but the woman I spoke to “no longer works for the company”. I have reiterated I’m seeking help in recovery and they do not care. Avoid this place - not for people seeking help."

"Honesty one of the worst treatment centers imaginable. Poor direction when it comes to staff and poor education to administrative staff when it comes to eating disorders. Horrible food and mediocre therapy. Would of never recovered if I just went to this place. Save your money and time and go somewhere that actually knows what they’re doing. Do not recommend"
