Palette at Arts District

"I would truly like to thank Shaundria and Jay for their excellent customer service and kindness for the last two years. They made my living experience enjoyable and memorable. They are quick to respond to call/emails and arrive to emergency situations. For a smooth move in and move out process I recommend closely working with Shaundria and Jay to ensure that your needs are met. Although Shaundria and Jay are a big help, the property management is terrible. Within the first two weeks, I was dealing with roaches (never dealt with pest/insect problem my whole life). They would send pest control out once a week and that would not change anything. I constantly seen roaches in the hallways, walking through my front door, and throughout my apartment. After two years, I had enough and decided to move out. I had to throw away my furniture (bed with storage, coach, and dressers) out due to the infestation. I have interacted with multiple residents that has move out or have had similar issues. My move was solely based on the infestation of roaches and lack of change. I would do future residents a disservice If I did not talk about the issues that I experienced. Lastly, please document everything. After sharing my issue with the new property manager (started almost month ago) and her actually seeing the infestation, I was blamed for the infestation (me not being available every Wednesday for pest control because I have a fulltime job and my dog not being put in a crate). Unfortunately, from two weeks to two years things did not change. I recommended shutting the complex down for extensive roach treatment and figuring out the next steps."

"Jay was very warm, welcoming, and informative! The Palette at Arts district was very beautiful - super clean, convenient and spacious with a lot of amenities. I toured a studio with balcony (soyer) and a 1 bedroom with balcony (Chadwick); honestly I thought it would be an easy decision to just choose but they were both AMAZING! Did I mention how awesome Jay was ? lol. The club room and rooftop area were total VIBES! Can picture myself here already, thanks again Jay! Hope to see you soon and make this my home :)"
