"Best apartments in the area. The rooms are huge and our view from the 3rd floor was great. We could see Riverdale road. Watching cars slide on the ice during the winter ice storms was a blast. Watching the river in the back get high and run fast during storms was also fun. The pool was big enough for me. Having the trash room in the basement was convenient during the winter. These apartments use to be called Riverdale Town Apts. I knew tons of my neighbors and being able to walk to the 7-11 across the street and the Safeway grocery store down the street was also very convenient. They should replant the Crabtree's that grew out front."

"Is a nice area, I’m loving my apartment but the reason why I am giving 3 stars is because of the staff,, those ladies are very rude to talk,, you greet them they don’t answer sometimes, they look like they’re depressed in their office. There are ways to talk to the people living in your complex, but they’re just RUDE RUDE RUDE.."
