"My sister and I have lived here at the Truman for two years now. We love this location, and the management is very responsive. Maintenance is always very responsive as well. The apartments are spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet as well."

"Get me out of this place ! Never have I ever experienced such predatory tactics to squeeze out of residents. All of my complaints fall on deaf ears. This is my third time this month waking up to a missing vehicle in this “private secure garage for residents” . Also make sure you check your monthly rent bill for extra charges."

"I wish the apartment units themselves were upgraded. The bathrooms and kitchen could use some tlc! (The toilets are very small and I’m only 5ft tall. The kitchen itself could benefit from a larger refrigerator and a facelift in general) As far as safety goes, adding outdoor lighting around the corners of the building would make me feel safe after a long day of work. Unfortunately, there are some pitch black walkways where I have to use my phones flashlight to expose my path."

"After living in Truman Park for over three years, I can say that the office always have very pleasant and helpful managers and assistants. The current maintenance supervisor, Francisco, is next to none. The trash service is fairly good, but it should be everyday. The outside walkways to our apartment could use security cameras and also the walkways and outside walls could use some cleaning to preserve the reputation of Truman Park. Although my rent has been skyrocketed; I extended my lease and I love living here."

"I've been living here for 2.5 years. The Management Staff (Janice & Utonga) are awesome. There was a period of time I had some challenges and they were very helpful until those things were resolved. Both are very responsive to the needs of the community; while at the same time looking out for the bottom-line of the Owner. Also, the Maintenance staff is very responsive whenever you place a Work Request. I'm glad to say they just installed speed pumps in the garage. Great place to live!"
