"To whom it may concern: I have lived in the Everly community for a little over a year, and can confidently say Ashley Hunt has made the difference. From the beginning of my journey to date she has played a very key role in me remaining here. She is sweet, welcoming, engaging, and thorough. Anywhere I go, if I go has to have an Ashley or above for me to call the environment home. Thank you Ashley for every encounter. I hope this message is seen by all who can continue to promote Ashley and train others to be like her."

"This place is smoke and mirrors. Nice apartments, but the leasing staff is the worst. For example - huge issue with trash this week and they havent even informed residents, instead they let indoor trash rooms look like this for over a week - just waiting on the rats to start coming. They never communicate anything including broken elevators. High rent for a low rent experience. Far from luxury. Outside of random food trucks - the staff is non existent. Car break ins, out of control pool parties, broken amenities - ZERO communication. I’d think twice before signing a lease here."

"Everly Apartment has the worst maintenance staff. I think they're actually getting paid to do nothing when they are on call. It doesn't matter if the situation is a fault of theirs or not they will not give it any attention especially on a holiday like today labor Day. Moved in an apartment with a bad washer with no notice and when called we were told we had to wait until tmrw even when we told the maintenance guy our clothes was sitting in water that was not draining. I was told they had the part but we had to wait until tmrw for them to get access to it. If you are the maintenance person on call whether it's a holiday or not you have access to the part. Just lazy and nonchalant not willing to help. Enjoy your holiday dude next time try not to be on call in the holiday cause that schedule ain't for you. Number 2. Got locked out of our bathroom from a 4 year old playing with the lock. Called again for service and was told it's not an emergency. Our closet is in the bathroom with medicines, keys, IDs etc which I told the same lazy maintenance guy who attempted to help in no way. Like a broken record all he kept on saying is by protocol it's not an emergency. How do you determine me not being able to access my medicine, clothes etc not an emergency when my closet is in the bathroom. Just the worst Maintenance Service....again enjoy the Holiday cause that's what you're doing. **LEASING STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL** Maintenance on the other hand was no help."

"These apartments look great and are actually nice and cozy but very risky environment. Beware of the area. There’s no security and there’s car theft every night. You wake up every morning and you see someone nice car sitting on the tarmac with all four wheels gone. You wonder who’s next."

"I love Everly apartments. Ashley Hunt was very helpful during this whole experience and signing a lease. Ashley was there every step of the way. Every time I emailed her she responded back within a responsible time. I highly recommend these apartments to anybody you want be disappointed. Everly is a very well kept apartment. When I put in a repair order it was repaired with a day. I love the fact that you receive an email when the order is completed. Paying is very rent is very convenient, you just log into the website and pay on the website. The amenities that come with the apartment is worth it. If you’re looking for an apartment this is definitely the place to call home. Thank you so much Ashley for helping me with this whole process and letting me call Everly apartments home."
