"My doctor was using this center for patient convenience. He was fantastic, the OR techs were great.... The nurse, anesthesiologist, front desk and site manager need A LOT of patient experience coaching. Won't go back to this center, they really didn't care to hear any feedback."
"Fantastic experience from beginning to end (no pun intended). Scheduled for a colonoscopy on 9/4/2020. Every single person I spoke to from front desk, to nursing staff, to anesthesiologist, to the doctor were extremely professional and friendly. I wasn't made to wait around a long time, was immediately prepped and taken in for the procedure. They answered every question I had and explained all needed details to my wife after it was over just to make sure I wouldn't forget. I received a healthy report so won't need this again for a long time, but when I do I will be looking back to this facility. I highly recommend it."
"I had the WORST experience here! The entire staff from Dr Midian to the receptionist was so rude and UN-professional. After I had a colonoscopy and not drinking for 20 hours, they did not even offer me water or anything to eat. I spoke with Dr Midian days after my appointment regarding my bad experience and she hung up on me! I would not recommend this place to anyone!"
"From registration to discharge, my experience was better than I expected. Everyone was very kind and compassionate. Having a procedure done is never easy, especially a colonoscopy, but everyone made me feel comfortable to the point that my anxieties decreased."
"The secretary is incompetent. One of the other nurses is always telling her what to do. They contacted us for a scan which was prescribed and when we arrived for the appointment were told that they weren't an approved facility for the appointment/prescription. Which makes no sense since they contacted us and they only accept Highmark insurance. Due to the miscommunication we had to wait for over an hour for things to be sorted out. A terrible experience and I won't be going again. Don't waste your time here."
