The Apartments at Tamar Meadow

"Wife and I live here for 4 years and never had any major issue here. Added speed bumps when residents were speeding, maintenance come by within the week (slow when it's extreme weather condition but their safety comes first), and never had conflicts with the leasing office. My only complaint is a few parking spaces were converted to a trash area and I would have to find parking elsewhere at night but that's a personal inconvenience. I want to personally thank the maintenance crew in this review as well. Some of the personnel may be young, old, or different gender but their hard work and dedication to their craft is appreciated and I can always count on them for any and every problem"

"I lived here for 4 years from 2018-2022. The first year was under a different management company which was terrible. We moved across the country and they called us on a Friday and told us our apartment wasn't ready for us to move in (when we were scheduled to move in on that Monday). When Westminster took over things got better, Maintenace requests turned around quickly, better staff in the office, etc. We loved the unique floor plan of the one-bedroom units, and we loved the large balconies and trees outside for our view. There were appliance issue during our stay which were quickly resolved, whenever we had issues with bugs we called the office and they had the exterminator out to our unit on the next visit. Main issues were outside of Managment's control like kids from the high school across the street loitering and smoking on the steps, and the parking lot was a target for thieves stealing tires (witnessed at least 2 cars having all their tires stolen while living here). Only other negative I think to consider is that the buildings are not insulated well, and your electric bill will be high, those big sliders just suck the heat out of the unit in winter. Overall I did love the apartment, longest I ever stayed at a rental."

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ms. Denise Veal on leasing a new unit. The application process up to and including the move in were seamless. Calls and/or inquiries made by email were answered promptly and clearly. No question was treated as if it was frivolous. "My boyfriend, Claude, and I moved into this apartment complex a few months ago. We had an amazing experience with Denise in the front office! We did have a few minor maintenance issues, but they were resolved quickly. Maintenance is professional and timely. We love our unit! :) We very rarely hear our neighbors and our dogs love to stand outside on the porch with us and people-watch. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Definitely recommended!
