"I just want to say Benji the property manager has been impeccable from start to finish with my moving experience!!! I give him beyond 5 stars! He is extremely professional, has excellent customer service and has been so supportive with my whole moving experience! I very grateful to call this place my new home thanks to Benji!!! Beautiful community and everyone who I have met so far who lives here is extremely nice. You won’t be disappointed!!!✨✨✨✨✨✨"

"0 stars. Predatory towing. Refuses to return calls. Non responsive, money hungry management. Poor security but will tow your guest’s car within 15 minutes of parking (costs $300.) Dozens of empty parking spaces, 8 for guests as far away as possible. Towed car that was parked in designated Visitor space, blamed tenant for not checking their guest was in the lot, which was 2 feet away. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Hot water lasts approximately 5 minutes. Terrible management. 0/10."

"Prospective residents, please be aware of serious security and management issues at 101 Wells. There have been multiple unfortunate car break-ins within the complex (~20 in just a few weeks), and it's disheartening to note that these concerns haven't been adequately addressed. There are residents that continue to have their cars broken into multiple times. There appears to be a lack of effective communication with the management, and some disregard from the PMC group for the general safety of their residents. It's crucial for potential residents to know about these issues before making a decision to move in. I encourage those considering this apartment complex to inquire about the steps being taken to address security concerns and to understand the communication channels with the property management group. In particular, ask about alternative contacts in case the on-site manager (Ben) is unavailable, because there seems to be no one else. Your safety and peace of mind should be a top priority when choosing a place to live."

"This building has some serious communication issues, which is wild because I was trying so hard to rent a spot here and give them my hard-earned money on a monthly basis. The lack of responsiveness does not inspire any confidence that my needs as a resident would be met. I originally reached out to 101 Wells in June and never received any follow up or information regarding the building. Recently, I heard from the property manager, Ben, who sent me a video of the available unit. I responded the next day asking for information on applying and renting the unit as I was ready to submit an application and move-in pretty quickly. I did not hear back at all. I really liked the amenities, location, and price point of 101 Wells and I really wanted to live there, however I ended up signing an 18-month lease elsewhere because that landlord was extremely responsive. Ben called me this morning to follow-up, and was extremely rude and dismissive of my concerns. It seems like he is not the type of person who cares that his inability to communicate or be responsive has resulted in financial loss to 101 Wells, nor does he care for any sort of constructive feedback for continuous improvement."

"My husband and I have lived here for 3 years plus & have always enjoyed it. It’s convenient to always have parking, a safe place for packages & a gym next door. This area is generally a pretty quiet part of the neighborhood. Ben has been very helpful and accommodating running this complex. There have been many times when Ben has made it priority to take care of multiple requests. No place is perfect and it shouldn’t be expected to be - but at the end of the day, I’m always very happy to come home and have it be here."
