"You too can be woken up consistently throughout the night for weeks on end due to randomly tripped fire alarms, or the evacuation alarms in your building tripping for 30 minutes a piece several times in one night. Let's not forget about the emails addressing it'll get fixed so you can endure it all over again just a few days later. I'll update my review when this problem is actually fixed. At this point it's utterly ridiculous that it's been going for WEEKS now. I don't mean to take it out on the staff here because theyre gentle folk with soft smiles and a helping hand but holy hell."

"ADDING THE LEASING OFFICE NUMBER DOESNT RESOLVE ANYTHING!!!! If you value getting sleep after a certain hour, look somewhere else. Honestly, I wanted to like 250 Mission, but I’ve concluded that I won’t be renewing my lease next year. I moved into my apartment on September 29, 2023, and every day since then I’m barely able to get sleep because of the tenant in the apartment above me. Come to find out she has two small children and I was told in a professional way to just shut up and deal with the noise. The water pressure is very low and the water doesn’t stay hot. Sometimes the noise doesn’t stop until midnight, as I am writing this review at 2:20 am on a Wednesday, I am up because of the noise. Last I checked there are supposed to be quiet hours that some tenants choose not to follow for whatever reason. I work just like so many other people to have somewhere to live and it’s very inconsiderate with some of the complaints myself and others have made. I haven’t even allowed myself to get comfortable because I have no intentions of staying here. People pay to have a peace of mind! They are also allowing people on housing vouchers to stay here, so I would suggest you take your hard-earned money somewhere where it’ll be appreciated. My lease is up next September, and until then I’ll be staying with my boyfriend and not at 250 Mission. Update: still no solution, writing this at 6am because I was woken up by the noise."

"I dont ever write reviews but with this place I felt the absolute need to. Before you decide to move in or make your decision, take the time to read this. When I came in for my tour, I was very impressed by the amenities within the building as well as the luxurious "look" that the entire building had. I put the word look in quotation marks for a reason. I signed the lease and moved in. Upon moving in I discovered how badly insulated the walls are and how much sound goes through them. I live on the 4th floor and I can hear every footstep the person above me takes, every single time he flushes the toilet, every conversation that takes place and i can even hear when someone knocks on their door. Ridiculous. I have had sleepless nights because of the constant thuds and footsteps, i'm tired of it. I've complained 3 times to the management of the building and nothing has been done yet. Secondly, for a place that wants to sell itself as "luxurious" they couldn't sound proof the apartments and then they also messed up how noisy the HVAC within the apartment itself is. Thirdly, the water pressure is very bad. I have long hair and find it extremely irritating to wash it with such low pressure water. I paid much less for rent elsewhere and didn't face a single one of these problems that I have mentioned so far. I don't understand what exactly is supposed to justify the steep price tags on these apartments. A lot of things feels cheap in the apartment, small things like cabinet doors being misaligned and wont close without a bit of force. Update: even after responding to my review and emailing them multiple times. Nothing has been done. 4 complaints so far, nothing done about it yet."

"I don't normally write reviews, but I felt that giving recognition and praise to this group was a necessity. Thru no fault of the bldg, when I moved in I had some water come into my apartment. (it has since been fixed and was due to the storm emergency drain-nothing to do with the 250 Mission). This was a a huge deal for me as I had just moved in, and had dealt with this in my old bldg. (my old bldg handed it very poorly so it was refreshing to see how well the folks handled things) The management and maintenance staff here handled this with such care and grace. Ryan, the manager, even took the time to personally help me with getting things back to normal. Melvin and Teddy are two of the NICEST and most efficient maintenance staff I have ever had; I have lived in many buildings over my 40plus years. Ryan, Shannon, and Gianna are all very kind and caring people who work in the management/sales office who go the extra mile. Laurie the concierge in our building couldn't be any nicer and her service to the residents is above and beyond. Actually most of the staff here has gone above and beyond to make me feel at home. A special kudos to Ryan for his understanding and compassion to my personal situation. A huge thank you to everyone here for all you have done to make this feel like home. I highly recommend 250 Mission. If I could give it ten stars I would. Thank you to Ryan, Shannon, and Melvin and Teddy!"
