"Over the 3 years at this residence has definitely spiral. New management came and shook everything up. Like for a year we had no management it’s still only one maintenance guy. Like they quick with the rent payments and late notice. But don’t show up for visits when scheduled. Maintenance suck. One guy doesn’t cut it. Two dumpsters for the whole neighborhood. No visitor parking. Roaches and bed bugs!!!!! Made aware to the sister porperty. Leasing office light on but door is always locked. They can callling looking for a payment but not to answer maintenance. Very bias and for a pridimonently Spanish neighbor. I recommend outsider not to reside or call your home. The pictures and atmosphere it not what it seem or made to be. Every month since new management someone stuff is out. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!"

"Be aware leasing office will tow your vehicle without informing you of they have change their parking rules first. On 2/3/2023, the office had new parking rules, when I picked up my new parking sticker, they informed me there were 6 visitor parking spaces for visitors parking for not more than 3 days in a 7-day period. I have been following the new parking rule. Yesterday, they towed my friend's vehicle and wiped out visitor parking word on the ground without informing us. They insist they told us no visitor parking already. However, they didn't mention they are going to wipe out visitor parking words on the ground in the email or in verbally. In their email, they only indicated "NO VISITORS MAY PARK ON THE PROPERTY FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS IN A 7-DAY PERIOD." And My friend didn't park for more than 3 days. I understand they want to make more money from Reserved Parking spaces. However, they should inform us that they are going to wipe out visitor parking space and cancel visitor parking. NOT just towed vehicles directly. AFTER 6 vehicles have been towed, they send a new email indicating no visitor parking will be provided. I guess it is better than nothing."

The leasing consultant, Edwin Sorto, was very patient when hearing about my living situation and he even helped me with calculating my family’s expenses to enforce stable and comfortable living for us. He brought attention to not only the neighborhood, but the entire area around it and the convenience of living in this area. I appreciated his hospitality. My family and I are now considering moving into the community in the near future."

"Made my reservation a week and a half in advance and when I got there the room was not cleaned up after the last people who stayed there so I had to end up going somewhere else spending more $ because the costumer service people only give you an automatic voicemail"
