"The move in process was exceptional, from the moment I called inquiring about the units Toni in the front office was professional and knowledgeable about every step I had to take. The guided tour of the complex and all it had to offer had me wanting to call this place home before I got the keys. The amenities, the well kept surroundings not to mention the quietness.. it was definitely worth it and my family and I are extremely happy to call Saybrooke “Home!” Thanks Toni for the excellent service and for making this entire move comfortable and welcoming!"

"Twice! Twice we were stood up for meetings with the leasing office. Once we could forgive (though the agent should not have acted like it was our fault she was half-hour late), but to have the same thing happen the second time??? It makes one question how well the apartments are managed- if you can't be there for a prospective resident, how well do you treat a current resident? UPDATE: Saybrooke not only responded to this original review, but did contact us, apologized, and FINALLY kept an appointment, so kudos and thank you for that. I raised my rating from 1 star to 3; it doesn't fully alleviate concerns on how reliable management is, but they tried so only fair to acknowledge that."

"Where do I begin? From the moment we moved in Saybrooke it has always felt like home. The neighborhood is amazing and my building has become a little family who looks out for each other. Maintenance responds quickly and fixes any issues fast. I especially want to mention Jean Carlos as he has been there for us since Day 1. My son is autistic and Jean has always made sure we have everything we need for him such as when we first inquired about the apts we were moving from Orlando and he made sure we were on the first floor for my son. I love how he makes us feel comfortable and always takes time to converse with us and goes out his way to ensure we have everything we need to live comfortably. He is very informative and you can tell he cares about our community. I feel like every community needs a Jean Carlos. Saybrooke would truly not be what it is without him. Do not pass these apartments up they are truly a blessing."

"These apartments are just what my wife and I were looking for. The apartments have a great distribution, plus the whole complex looks very clean and peaceful. The staff service is great, specially Jean Carlos Jimenez. He did such an amazing job helping us with the leasing process. Thanks, Jean, for everything you did for us."

"The staff at Saybrooke is second to none. When I have made requests, even if it was after office hours, on a few occasions, Jean, the Assistant Community Director, has brought items to my unit. This level of care is priceless. When staff are out of the office, they cover one another and handle requests & emails quickly & efficiently. Before I realized that someone was being cross-trained in a new role, I had made a request that had not been taken care of for 1 or 2 days; I assumed that Jean was out of the office, and he was. The moment he returned from vacation, my request was handled immediately. The units, buildings & grounds are well maintained & the community is generally quiet. If you’re looking for a well cared for, quiet community (where the buildings are even power washed once yearly (I think)) with caring, professional, friendly, & efficient staff, this is your home. Kristen, the Community Director has been such a pleasure to work with as well. It is a pleasure to work with caring professionals that feel like family."
