"I’ve been residing in this luxury building for nearly a year, and it stands out as the most exquisite apartment I’ve experienced. Every aspect radiates freshness, and the privacy here is unparalleled – I can’t hear a peep from any neighbors. The leasing office and maintenance teams have consistently impressed me with their exceptional service, always ready and attentive to any needs. Overall, my stay here has been nothing short of extraordinary. Highly recommended!!"

"Update: 1 yr later I've since moved and needed a rental verification from Spectrum. You'd think after a full calendar year the leasing office would learn how to get it together, but nope. It took them two weeks, ten phone calls, and multiple rounds of "find the manager" to fill out a 5 question form. I was almost unable to move into my new place on time. The Spectrum may be pretty on the inside (well at least the lobby is), but management needs a serious overhaul if this rental community plans to see longevity in the luxury living sector. My place flooded. For weeks the units above me complained about leaks but the office didn't care and painted over it. I woke up at 2am in almost a foot of water. Mine and several other apartments were destroyed with our ceilings caved in. Instead of receiving help the leasing office treated us as inconvenience and refused to show up to the office or pick up the phone. I was even yelled at by an agent who had to come in on their day off. Everyone affected was told to figure out their living arrangements. We were not given replacement apartments. We were asked to leave permanently instead. They also hired a crew to cover up the damage before insurance inspectors arrived. Even before the flood the leasing office was a mess and if you became someone they disliked they would charge you random fees that you could not dispute or be refunded. The garage door and gym machines were always broken. Their was always a strange smell coming from who knows where. This complex is anything but "luxury" save your money and move to a place that cares for its residents. I know I did and my mental and physical well being is a lot better."

"That’s the most disrespectful experience of apartments which I ever had in my entire live, I tried to speak with manager in case of my application over the phone, but they never connect me with him, then I just came by myself to speak with him face to face, but manger didn’t want to speak with me at all and just closed the door before me and my girlfriend and all the team were speak with us in super disrespectful way, then I asked them for management number where I can complain about all that stuff, but they just gave me there office card. Never go in this apartments and never have any business with them!"

"Leasing officers(multiple) and after hours maintenance staff (one in particular) are unhelpful liars. Property manager isn't any less dishonest. P.S. Maintenance/service crew member Sebastien is a solid guy. Helped me when injured my back and can never forgot his act of kindness. Nothing bad to say about him or any of the maintenance staff that work regular hours."
