"Dr. Lavigne didn’t listen when I explained my injury. He made a diagnosis and gave me a cortisone shot nowhere near the injury. I questioned him and he told me he was 100% sure he was correct. I called back crying after a few days to make another appointment because the pain was worse, but I was simply told to rest for 3 weeks. He said he couldn’t do anything more for me. As the days went by the pain worsened and I couldn’t sit or walk upright. I had to go to another doctor to get the correct diagnosis and treatment.
