"This senior apartment complex is horrible and doesn’t deserve a single star! I really don’t know where to start. Management or the living conditions. My mom has been complaining about the trash compactor for a really long time and her complaint goes unheard. There is always a case of bed bugs. The appliances are always breaking. Every week there is a issue with heat and hot water. When I say issue; IT DOESNT WORK! The smell in the building turns your stomach when will you have a cleaning crew come and sweep/mop the floors. The new floors will look like the carpet that was replaced if you don’t do better! There is one tenant that likes to sit on his couch half naked with his apartment door open. My mom shouldn’t have to see that daily! Let me not forget about the domestic violence issue last year and how Ms Roz handled it. You ought to be ashamed of yourself Ms. Roz. Ms Roz has a very threatening demeanor, lacks accountability and customer service skills. I’m very disappointed with the lack of grace in which my mom and other tenants are shown. Do better Ms Roz and building owners!"
