"Took almost a week to hear about the background check interview then almost THREE WEEKS to get a decision ..luckily in that time I’d found something larger and cheaper with central air. (Keep in my mind these houses are apartment size with full sized rental prices)I cannot recommend this place to anyone in a hurry to move as they completely and utterly threw off my moving timeframe. The background check company was founded in 1974 and is still using 1974 technology to get things done (so many unnecessary voicemails) When anyone asks I don’t hesitate to say, don’t even bother. It’s a nightmare..Go somewhere with air conditioning and a sense of urgency."

"We've been here a few months and when I moved in I absolutely loved it! I've had a few issues but maintenance was here to fix it in a timely manner! I really like the MAINTENANCE crew/Supervisor they are friendly and will stop to chat if needed! They are very informative! I love having a front porch and a quiet friendly neighborhood! If I could put a con that would be tree roots that's all in my yard that interferes with being able to have a level ground..My grass not growing and not having a water spicket in my shed."

"My Mother and I moved in and been living here since December 2017, It's a great place to live, neighborhood pretty quiet, no one bothers no one, most neighbors are friendly but not all ! This place did have my 5 stars but Reason why I'm giving 4 stars, For past month now, my neighbor next door has been playing his music loud base sound coming through my wall vibration on floor and we have filed complaints with rental office but nothing working ! I saw the neighbor outside one day and politely asked him if he could please keep his music down and he said sure, he explained to me, he just bought a new stereo system and was tweeking in tune ! It's everyday now that we hear his music and has gotten really annoying to the point where my mother and I starting to feel uncomfortable and uneasy living here ! My mother is now 71 years old and we're both type2 diabetics and don't need the extra stress ! This guy has no respect for his neighbors around him and lack of communication for not understanding he has neighbors living around him and we all have a right to peace and quiet ! I'm hoping something will be done about it soon ! But overall, great place to live !"

"They issues we had when we moved into our townhouse, maintenance took care of pretty quickly. The office staff are very kind. Grounds are clean. Besides people who walk their dog not always cleaning up after their pet here and there. Overall it’s a nice place to live. We have quiet neighbors."

"I love it — my unit and its location is comfortable, quiet, and cozy. It’s great to come home from a long day at work and relax in a home that is welcoming, airy, and trouble-free. It’s a perfect location that is great for children and adults alike. Aside from an occasional house spider, I haven’t had any issues with other unwanted critters. The staff offers world-class customer service, even when I had a million and one questions Michelle rocks, they were answered without any hostility or attitude. I never felt like a burden and that made me feel important, which is greatly appreciated. Service requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Maintenance does an exceptional job of satisfying the requests and providing follow-up on the work that was done. Overall, I am pleased thus far with my unit and I would recommend Gray Haven Townhomes. Crystal & Family"
