"I live here and regret with all my soul ! Just cause I had a flat tire and it frkn snowed they gave no shttsss still towed my car now I have to decide pay my rent or pay to get my car out!! Because this place had no courtesy to knock or call nonetheless have consideration for tenants to change tire after the snow melts!! Smh DONT MOVE HERE THEY ALLOW PET OWNERS TO LEAVE TONS OF POOP IN FRONT YOUR WINDOWS!! BUMBS COME LOOKING BEHIND BUSHES FOR CIGGS AND SECURITY DOESNT REALLY DO SECURITY! Washer n dryer barely even works we pay 1600 for what?"
"Updated: The mice situation is even worst, caught one on a trap, found 2 dead ones in my closet and they run around the complex at night. Also when they put people out they do not care about other residents. They leave nasty dirty furniture in the front of the building including the trash. When i came home from work saw trash all in front of the building and a bunch of broken glass. This was like this because someone got put out upstairs they could have at least disposed of everything correctly this is why we have rats running around here. Very disgusting and not professional."

"Used to live here. Very pricey but nice. Sits on the water. Play ground ,gym, hall and fishing Pier. It's supposed to be a gated community but in the 2 years I lived there. There was only someone at the main gate maybe the first 2 weeks I lived there now anyone can come in if they live there or not which takes away from the safety feeling."
"Maria assisted me from start to finish with making the move to Keylanding. Due to her amazing customer service, I chose Keylanding as my new home for my children and myself. She was extremely professional and attentive. Truly only have wonderful things to say in reference to her service and assistance."
