"The property manager is really friendly and will address when you meet with them in office. However. trying to talk to them over the phone is another issue when needing to address a complaint. Disability parking is needed for the complex for people who need it as well. Otherwise the area is quiet, friendly and peaceful."

"STAY AWAY! At first it was great. Then they switched company's 3 times. Now you don't get any response from any one in the office. The property manager Tracie is extremely rude, useless and holds a grudgefor not using the water saving shower head where you have to pull a string for the water to come out and when you let go of the string the water stops! I am not kidding either! No communication with the maintenance staff. Our fake wooden floor was peeling off right before our kitchen. I must of tripped on that stupid thing 100 times. Maintenance never came to fix it, so I had to duct tape it down. Be prepared for Tracie to knock on your door and just come in if you don't answer. She also claimed that we had bed bugs, which we did not. I didn't know she was a licensed exterminator. Stay away from these small apartments that are way over priced. Check the square feet and the price on these tiny apartments. They are not worth the high rent you pay. Look elsewhere!"

"Since moving in in February 2023, I found the property was pretty well kept And the office staff, especially Tracie Lamb was very friendly and forthcoming about the property, and what it had to offer. She helped me get through all the steps of my transition and always had an open door and friendly policy when I needed to speak to her about any problems or items need it for my unit. The apartments may not be the largest I have lived in, but it is a nice quiet community and the staff is very responsive when requests are made. Miss Lamb is one of the reasons why I took the unit I took when it was all fruit and I really enjoyed communicating with her my needs and her understanding what I was trying to do at the time thank you Tracie you’re the best. "I don't usually leave reviews but I decided I should after the service I received from The Madison @ Eden Brook's staff. Ms. Dana and Ms. Tracie were both extremely professional, courteous and transparent during my tour and subsequent move-in. They've remained the exact same way since I moved in. The apartment was ready on time (I've newly relocated here for work and needed to have the apartment ready for move-in within a short time frame). Ms. Tracie and Ms. Dana worked with me to be sure that my move-in date would not be compromised. The apartment was clean, freshly painted and I was more than pleased the size and layout of the unit and the in unit laundry (Yaay!!). However, my stove wasn't working my first night here. I notified the rental office and Ms. Tracie had maintenance here w/in a few hours and it was fix that same day (the cleaners didn't plug it back in after they cleaned behind it). I love the valet trash pick up; the onsite swimming pool is well maintained, clean and opened 9hrs a day. The complex is clean; the grounds are well maintained and the onsite fitness room sold me. I am more than pleased with my move to The Madison and am very grateful for the prompt, professional, courteous staff. From Ms. Tracie and Ms. Dana to the maintenance staff, they've all earned 5 stars from this resident."

"I lived at the Madison for a year and half, from 2022 - 2023. The complex is mostly clean, apartments are nice, and it’s in a nice and quiet area that’s great for walking. HOWEVER: in agreement with several other reviews, this complex has major, MAJOR issues with their leasing and maintenance staff. Tracie is incredibly rude, short, and completely disrespectful when you bring concerns to her. I was without AC for nearly 2 months - from April to May of 2023, and my apartment during that time averaged between 78 and 80 degrees. After at least two dozen emails back and forth, half a dozen visits by the maintenance staff (never longer than 10 minutes) the complex FINALLY brought in a contractor who was able to identity and fix the problem in 1 day. I spent a week of that time in a hotel, as the apartment was simply too hot for my dog, a Husky, to be safe in. I moved out of the Madison a few weeks ago, and look forward to never interacting with this useless, hostile, and flat out pathetic office staff."
