"I’m giving this apartment complex 5 stars because of Bianca James, the leasing specialist. She listens to our complaints, implements efficient solutions, and is not afraid to let the community know to quit doing disruptive behavior(s). I have no complaints living here. Maintenance comes on time, and they are overworked so I totally understand it’s not gonna be like walking into a candy store and expecting excellent customer service, but they get the job done within reason. Lots of grassy fields and trails to take a walk in, and I love how dog friendly the community is. I love meeting new dogs outside our apartment. The park and playground has been maintained and cleaned up well. They recently installed a bench, shows they do care about the community and are willing to make changes. Just glad we have Bianca as our leasing specialist. Chris (property manager), if you’re reading this, give her a pay raise. She has been so accommodating and was very quick to respond when I was adopting my cat too. If you have a fan on or a white noise machine, you can’t really hear your neighbors. It’s nice. Walls are nicely insulated which saves us on our electric bill. Amazon and USPS drivers deliver to your front door to prevent theft. When they don’t, it’s on the driver, not on the apartment complex of course. Just make sure to update your delivery instructions to ask to deliver to your front door to prevent theft. There is a bus stop nearby that conveniently takes you to the Wiehle metro station. Super convenient. We actually sold our car cause of all the buses and trains nearby. Easy to walk to CVS, Five Guys, Whole Foods, and Harris Teeter from here. I’m a slow walker and it takes me 10-14 mins to get there. There are lots of other restaurants nearby too! Really getting built up here now. Thank you again Bianca and Chris! This is a great place to live for families and young professionals."

"Quite literally this is the best experience I’ve ever had while trying to find housing. The Apartments at the Sycamores have gone absolutely above and beyond mine and my roommates’ expectations when dealing with a leasing office. Bianca James specifically has been an extreme help & has alleviated all of the stress of moving, and absolutely anyone who asks me how finding an apartment or moving is going, I sing them her praises. My roommates and I are coming from a different apartment complex in Herndon who never responds to our emails, is super inattentive to the point where they wouldn’t acknowledge we even had a pet because they hadn’t gotten around to filing the paperwork yet (from four months prior!), and keeps getting more and more expensive. I was so distraught on having to move, but I am grateful every day that we made the decision to go with Apartments at the Sycamores (and Bianca). I have never felt more heard by a leasing office (/landlord situation) or treated like more of a person & human being as opposed to just a client. Bianca didn’t hesitate to answer any questions we’ve had or to hop on a phone call to talk things through. She’s been extremely transparent with us through the entire process, and words cannot describe how much that means. On the mantle in the leasing office, there are a few awards all made out to Bianca, and she deserves every single one of them."
