"After touring several options in the Reston & Herndon area, Aperture stood out as the one that checked a lot of the boxes (floor plan, amenities, price, location) and the decision was made easier by Donna and Sarah from the leasing office, who were both super transparent, informative, and proactive throughout the whole process. When I moved in, I did have to make minor maintenance requests (nothing abnormal or concerning) and Tim, the maintenance lead, quickly resolved them, gave my puppy good vibes while he was here, and gave me helpful apartment tips. If I’m being nitpicky about this building, I would just recommend a more thorough touch-up/cleaning before new residents move in and to add more floor mats around the building for rain/snow, but otherwise great experience so far."

"I want to provide an updated review and to rate Aperture as 5 stars. Aperture continues to be the best place I’ve lived in. All-around fantastic. Management has always been solid and the last several times I have worked with them re: miscellaneous things, they were absolutely wonderful and went out their way to accommodate - sincerely kind, reasonable, and will always do as must as they can in any given situation. Maintenance continues to be on top of it as well – quick, clean, super helpful, and of course always fixes the problem. Happy to call this place home."

I am planning to move back to Aperture because of my previous great experience. Donna and Aperture team are very helpful. Their customer service is amazing.
