"This apt is the worse to ever live in management don't seems to care about Residents.they do not want to do any repairs to unit.mold all over vents and walls. Refrigerator and dishwasher dont work well and they would not replace."

"If I could give zero stars I would. The WORST apartments!!! The AC vents are so filthy, we asked multiple times for them to be cleaned but they just tell us there is nothing they can do. Honestly it is not healthy, especially for young children. The ceilings and walls toward the top are even turning black. There are ALWAYS plumbing issues, and it only takes weeks for them to come fix it. The apartments have also been infested before with bed bugs. Which management said they would sent pest control but took months to take care of. They never fix window screens, curtains or closet doors. It’s a wonder how inspection is even passed. Management changes every two months at least. Before we left there was a new manager Jenie Iparraguirre whom was VERY VERY rude! Anything we mentioned was basically brushed off. To top it off she often got smart and just implied if we didn’t like it we could leave. We do not recommend living here! Especially with management that doesn’t care about their tentants or the property."

"Do not move here. These apartments have mold, vents are filthy. EVERY summer the A/C stops working, parts need to be ordered & replaced (not acceptable during hot summer days especially with small children). During winter time its freezing in here due to poor insulation and heat not working properly. Management does not care its always "we are working on it". Previous manager Alex tried his best to help residents but there so much you can do. Its corporate/county that refuse to fix the problem!"

"Depending on which building you are in nothing works and they don’t seem to want to fix it. Plumbing- the same area was flooded five times. Air conditioning/heat have never worked in the main bedroom. They won’t resurface the tub. Others had lived in this apartment and transferred."

"These other 2 reviews are probably fake. Not one person who lives at this apartment complex is happy with the current changes. -If you want to live here and dont mind being micro managed then sure move in... The amount of money they want to live here is just ridiculous for what little freedom the tenants have. The latest change is the storage rooms have had all of their locks changed and we the tenant who pay FULL market price for the apartments can not access them unless we go to the office during BUSINESS hours to get a key and return the key. Those of us who actually work a normal 9-5 job can not access the apartments because the leasing office is closed when we get home. -The noise coming from these floors are out of control. Its made of plywood from the 1960s!!!! The leasing office does not care about the tenants needs AT ALL. otherwise they would fight for us, you know, the ones who PAY to live here. I can wait until my lease is up in July. I am out of here. Do yourself a favor and look some where else if you want freedom.. If you are on assistance, and cant find anywhere else to go, KEEP LOOKING! this place should not even being standing anymore. I have lived here for 4 years. Too bad Mr. Alex is gone, he would of stood up for us tenants."
