"Google Review for EXO - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Rating: 1 star Pros: Beautiful exterior and enticing amenities at first glance. Cons: Constant management changes (3 in my time here) with no communication. Security concerns: Convenience store lock broken, leading to frequent thefts. Door lock repeatedly malfunctions, leaving me feeling unsafe. Hole in ventilation system allows unpleasant odors from other apartments (e.g., marijuana). Appliance issues: Unhygienic use of coffee machine. Low water pressure in sink. Faulty refrigerator took over a year to replace, new one is noisy and dented. Parking garage safety concerns: Excessive speeding increases risk of accidents. Potential drug use in the garage. Overall: This apartment complex is a facade. While the initial impression is glamorous, the reality is constant inconvenience, safety concerns, and unaddressed maintenance issues. Management changes frequently with no communication, leaving residents feeling forgotten and frustrated. The high rent does not justify the poor living conditions and constant problems. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere!"

"Exo has been by far my favorite place of residence. The staff is amazing and has been here through my worst walk in life. After becoming a single mother, I moved into Exo to get a fresh start. I was working three jobs to remain stable while also providing for my daughter. There were months that I was a few weeks late and the staff supported me and supported me. They have their policies in place (as every company does), but they looked at me more than just a policy. They helped me come to solutions and showed me grace (to a certain extent) in my time of despair. I love my apartment. I have been here for one year and have yet to have a maintenance issue."

"I have been here for over a year. Initially it was a great place to live but it seems that Bill on the leasing team was the main (if only) person holding Exo together. An elevator has been out for over a month with no timeline to be fixed and the trash chute is no longer functioning again with no timeline to be fixed. If Bill on the leasing team was here I would undoubtedly be giving a 5 star review. I cannot fault the Exo team for common maintenance issues but the lack of updates and general communication since Bill left has been unfortunate."

"I have lived in many different apartment complexes and the staff at Exo is by far the most helpful I’ve ever had. Anytime I had a question, they handled it immediately. One of my biggest irks is when there’s a problem and they just “throw a bandaid on it” and call it a day. That was not the case here at Exo. They really care and make sure your living experience is as positive as possible. I cannot say enough kind words about the gentlemen who work at the front concierge desk too. They greeted me with a smile every day and were very personable and kind. I highly recommend living here!"
