Reviews
"Well, all I can say after reading these reviews is, DAAAMMMMNNN'!"
"Kayla very unprofessional and rude. I was helping my daughter find something in her budget but the woman in the office said thing to trun us off and we stood outside for 20 mins just to have something else open the dooe to the rental office."
"Filled with mice and rats, foul and disgusting odors, cheap materials and quality of work, authority figures do not care about residence or safety, all they care about is money and how much it costs, cheapest way always wins out over the safest way. Don't move in any of the buildings. Do not take my word for it ask the residents. Service manager does not know what he is doing. Wears slippers to work and is lazy. All of the work done by techs which are not supplied with proper necessary power tools that the company should provide and always saying they do not have enough money to pay for them."
"I feel as if I were scammed! I called over the phone to which a lady answered the telephone. She told me that they had apartments available so I take everything I needed, 6 paystubs, id, ssn, birth certificate and $25 for the application fee. I told her that I didn’t have any credit over the phone and in person many times and she told me that it wouldn’t matter because they don’t really check for credit plus I don’t have a background record. I proceed to give her my information and the $25 application fee and the next day or two she calls me saying that I didn’t get approval for the studio apartment because I had no credit. But...you just told me it didn’t matter if I had credit or not and that I should get approved. I have my boyfriend who was listening over the phone to vouch for this. Also, my mom because I told her everything and she was so proud until I got the bad news of no approval. If she works there she knew and has dealt with many others without credit that didn’t get approved so why would she even let me proceed? After my dad heard about this he wanted to help, so he decided he would co-sign the lease. I call the Renaissance Plaza once more to ask if I could add a co -signer and what does this person say!? She says that they don’t do co-signers. Which sounds completely stupid because what if it was a couple who decided to move in together, they would be each other’s co-signers. She even said she would look around for private landlords for me and give me a call back to give her til the end of the day and I still have yet to hear from her. I also remember her name."
"When I was looking for apartments I went on a tour there that building was really impressed neat and clean the building was excellent in the staff was professional yes it was to my liking"
