"I've been renting from Bayview for over a year now, and have yet to have a single issue with them. They have always been easy to get in touch with, responsive to emails, good communication. When there are issues, they always attend to them, and keep us updated. They installed a new, secure door lock system for the apartment complex. They also addressed a parking issue by installing new signs, and towing vehicles that are illegally parked. Even when it came down to renewing the lease, it was clear, and easy to work with them!"

"I lived there for a year and I don't recommend anyone live here. I was treated badly by the property manager although I paid my rent on time the whole time. I made complaints regarding maintenance issues and was hung up on for no reason. Maintenance walks in your place without prior notice and there is preferential treatment for some tenants that get to do whatever they want Find somewhere else trust me."

"I attempted to take a tour at Triple Street Apartments today at 9AM. Please note, the office supposedly opens at 8AM. We were told to arrive at 10AM, however, the leasing office was still closed. The property manager was not on the property yet, but had told a maintenance professional to let us into the office. As a former leasing professional, the amount of PPI that was plainly visible was astounding. The property manager's desk was littered with full names, addresses, and other personal information of both tenants and applicants. We were also told there were no tours available. Upon leaving, the property manager had finally arrived. She parked in the disabled access lane, between two vehicles (which were properly parked) in disabled spots. She barely spoke to us even after telling her we were interested in leasing. Zero stars."
