She provided me with immaculate instructions on how to go about renting here, she was so polite and willing to assist me with the application. We need more nice people like her in the world, maybe then it’d be a better place. Anyway, thanks so much Ms Brittney."

"I recently applied to The Ruby At Somerset Apts and unfortunately had a rather unpleasant leasing experience. To begin with, I had to make two separate calls to inquire about my application status as no one reached out to me proactively. Moreover, the leasing agent, Brittany, seemed to lack knowledge and provided me with a significant amount of incorrect information. On top of this, the manager, Octavia, displayed a lack of empathy when the miscommunication was brought to her attention, and her response came across as nonchalant and somewhat rude. The only bright spot was the Maintenance Supervisor, who was always ready and willing to address any concerns I had. Despite the attractive apartments and cool amenities, the numerous issues I encountered with the management office raised several red flags, ultimately leading me to decide against renting here. It's regrettable to say that my time and money were wasted during this process."
