"Amazing as always. A day after my request they came right away and fixed my dryer. Very professional. I always hear friends having bad experience with their maintenance in their apartment . I never ever have an issue. Feel blessed to live here"

"Can't post without giving at least one star. I read multiple renters reviews of this apartment complex and there is a repeated theme from the "owners" about how they are working on fixing issues.......SURE, let me hold my breathe. I have to use a screw driver to get into my mailbox bc the keys do not work. I went to the leasing office and told them only to find later that day a mail lock and key(Same number mailbox key that was given to me.) sitting on top of the mailbox (picture below). It's still there 2 months later. Also, leasing office is super unresponsive to emails and you have to call multiple times before anyone answers the phone. Most recently my dog cut her foot going down the rusty falling apart stairway (mult. pix below). Not to mention they are a tripping hazard. Lastly, the huge sign that says "Newly Renovated" apartments at the intersection of Fields Rd & Rio Blvd should probably be taken down. That is definitely a loose play on words."

"Rent is as high as BRAND NEW APARTMENTS and the quality of the units/the complex itself is VERY LOW. I might be one of the only renters WITHOUT AN MPDU. They are taking care of things you can see from the road like repaving the parking lot but not taking care of major issues happening in the stairwells and within the units. Low end materials/quick fixes used for EVERYTHING. They don't care about your cars AT ALL. They've gotten concrete on both my cars on SEPERATE occasions and blamed the company they hired. No cameras. No security. No care. This is my 2nd year and my last year living here for the reasons above."

Steven was very helpful and patient as I explained to him that I was new to the process, and he gladly showed me multiple units and all the amenities on site. Great location, beautiful neighborhood, plenty of parking, etc. I would recommend Sawyer Flats if you are looking to live around the Rio and Downtown Crown area."
