"If I could give a lower rating I would staff is rude they seem to be a bunch of recovering addicts themselves judging other recovering addicts they schedule everyone’s appointments at the same time it’s never a doctor there you always see one on a tablet with other people right in the next room being able to hear your whole appointment which I think it is breaking hippa law it’s just a whole out mess"

Katelyn that runs the Newcastle office is a great person that has full understanding of what individuals are experiencing without any kind of judgment and the doctors that I have been blessed with are amazing and i feel very comfortable that I can talk about anything to her good or bad. I do not like to switch through different doctors so it has been easy and convenient to stay with the couple that I have had since I've been there. I would highly recommend it for somebody that wants to become sober And stay sober. If you are really committed to the process it will work. Don't take your first couple experiences as a failure u may need to just change ur doctor and trust in the process."
