"Currently a home health nurse to assist residents that live in the community! Today I was insulted by rental management and accused of a matter that I had no control over! And was told I was banned for the property!! After getting upset! And a terrible headache! I tried to ask properly manager’what was the problem! She was rude and nasty not explaining why ! I was banned! I’m a licensed Contractor though multiple nursing agencies I live my job! However once I called 911 and cameras was looked at! Problem solved! But management refuses to acknowledge they wrongly accused! Someone that puts their life one the line every day to help others in desperate need! I was accused of taking a box lol Yes A box! But did I mention once the footage of camera revealed the truth! No apologies was given! My client was upset I was upset for nothing! To be honest worse experience for me!!’"

"Worst experience I have ever had. During the time I lived there no kne answered the phone or was in office. I made appointments and would get emailed to cancel the appointment within minutes of my arriving. I sent notice that I would not renew my lease and returned the key. A year later they are harassing me claiming they "cannot find" the key and the now office manager says she " cannot access emails or rental statements" Even Kathy in corporate called me and tried to blame me because they "cannot find" my paperwork. I have had several apartmw to call to try to get rental statements. Very rude, unprofessional and they will certainly blame you for their lack of professionalism and organization. Not worth it."

"Terrible resident service. If you catch someone you’re lucky. No ones ever in office, no one ever answers the phone. You can’t even make an appt. all they care about is getting you in & then when you have a maintenance issue or anything you can’t find anyone. Maintenance is a joke. They’ve changed staff including manager like it’s seasonal. the only thing nice Is they were recently built. But now not even the key access for entrances work so anyone & everyone can walk in."
