"I made a reservation for a 3 day stay at this hotel for a little personal getaway. I received a phone call today 12/31/23 from the hotel telling me that they can’t honor my reservation because I live within a 20 mile radius of the hotel, so my reservation was canceled. I don’t know what kind of business practice this company has but it does not make sense. I have stayed at many hotels that has been within 20 miles of me and have never had a problem before. This was truly a waste of time, I will make sure I pass along this information to others moving forward, definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if this is how the company operates. I have never been declined business because of proximity do better."

"Booked for my parents. My Parents said they WONT be staying here again. Breakfast only provided pork options and no meat alternatives, turkey would’ve been fine. The room was nice but for the 3 nights they stayed there, the hot water took about 30mins to a hour to get hot. For the price that they paid for the rooms everything should have been working PERFECTLY."

"We stayed here before and we loved it . But we definitely won’t be returning! We didn’t know that if you live within a 20 mile radius you won’t be accepted in the hotel until we got there . We understand rules change but the lady at the front desk was very dismissive & unprofessional. She didn’t sound too concerned about us traveling all the way there to not be let in. Seems like they are discriminating against black people honestly. Our money was returned pretty fast but maybe the staff should be a little more considerate. We won’t stay in ANY Home2Suites again"

"I highly recommend Homes2Suite Hilton to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with exceptional service. The staff, especially Ellysia and Joy, are excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. I was also impressed with the housekeeping crew and the hotel's cleanliness. As someone who frequently stays here, I appreciate how accommodating the staff is whenever I need to extend my stay on short notice. The hotel's location is fantastic, as it is just a short drive away from retail shopping, restaurants, and even grocery stores. I highly recommend staying here if you want easy access to all these amenities. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would stay here again."

"I've got nothing bad to say about our stay at Home2 Suites other than we booked a double bed and they were out so we had to go into a king with a pull out couch but it was fine. Room was clean and little kitchen was good along with great water pressure in shower. All for a good price, which makes it 5 stars. Breakfast was free and hot, frozen biscuits and omelets were blah but waffles are always a hit. I would stay again."
