"I am a current tenant since 10/1/23 and have been having problems since I moved in. It’s now the end of December and I’m just getting a washing machine and dryer that works. They kept coming to fake fix it instead of replacing it. I had to spend so much money taking my clothes to the laundromat and still paying the extra for having a washer and dryer in my home. I sent so many emails called so many times one time I called and was told my ticket was never put in from when I had called a week prior. Then today when I finally try to wash everything starts to leak it’s a Saturday so I called the emergency line for two hours straight no one answered. When I finally talked to someone they said they would get somebody to come out. The man called and told me he had a stop before me and he would come after that man never showed up. Because of the holiday the office won’t open till Tuesday so once again I’m taking my clothes to the laundromat. You can tell the office manager feels bad because she told me she was going to put $50 credit on my account because of all my problems. Even though that’s no where near what I have spent because of all this. Not to mention it was mold on my ceiling and it took them a month to come remove that but not until I had to send another email and call a few time. My child has asthma and it affects that very much and after I told them she had to go to the hospital because of asthma attacks that’s when they came to fix it. I only been here for 3 months but I can say this to lace is the worse and they don’t care all they want is their money. I only gave 1 start because I wanted to leave this comment. It is now the next night and I had to call emergency line again 5 hours ago and still no one came just like when I called yesterday. so I still can’t use my kitchen sink or washer and dryer because it’s all hooked up together and leaks when used. I"
"When I moved in before the new management company took over there was a satellite dish on the back patio. When I moved out after cleaning and emptying the house they took my whole security deposit. Even charged me for the satellite dish that was there before I moved in. Thieves . Don't move here. The crime alone at the royal farms should be enough to not ."
"Rats, rats, and more rats. I couldn’t believe!!!! The cons to living near a body of water. Maintenance was horrible, dragged their feet to come fix things and when they did they didn’t fix it right! I’ve moved since but please beware of this place. Process is quick and easy cause they want to hurry up and get people in before they come to their senses."
"I wish I never gave these people my money!!! I’ve only been here for 4 days and when I moved in it was a pile of trash in front of my door. Everyday I’ve been asking when someone will be out to pick up the trash and thus keep saying “today” and it’s never picked up. I don’t recommend this community at all!"
"Disclaimer: This review was initially given as part of a promotion for a waived application fee. I’ve toured these townhomes twice (4/7/23 & 4/11/23). Initial Review: Kristen was very nice and answered all my questions regarding pricing, availability & the application process. That was a week ago, 4/11/23. On that day, I came into the office, toured a 2 bedroom townhouse (quoted at $1363 + $50 water bill) & I completed an application. However, my supporting documents (paystubs, copy of DL, ss card, etc.) were submitted via email the following day. Today is 4/18 & I have not heard anything back. I’ve called multiple times for a status update & each time I was told that Kristen was not in the office & that they would tell her to reach back out to me. I even sent a follow-up email to her. A week is not a lot of time, however, she did advise me that their approval process would only take between 3-4 days, & at this point, I just want to know if everything has been received. Also worth mentioning that someone I know was recently approved here & when they went to tour their unit, they found a dead bird inside the house. In addition, when I went on the tour with Kristen on 4/7, the window was broken in one of the bedrooms. The entire frame of the window was sitting on the floor in the middle of the room. When I told her about it, it seemed to come as a surprise but she did say she’d have maintenance look into it. Fast forward to the second time I toured that same unit (on 4/11), it still wasn’t fixed. I’m still considering this place bc of the location, it has a washer/dryer & it’s bigger than my current place, but idk. I took pictures too."
