"I have nothing to say because I had already come in and it is expensive to move out . I was taken to court because I sent a slip with all details and forgot to wrote the amount. I was so disappointed because that is not refusing to pay rent. What about me when you sent someone to repair my bathroom and he installed a children's bathroom which is peeling off and the cover to the water tank slides . Someone came to my house and interfered with the smoke detector which has since not blinked since April. I called not less than 3 times but till today no one has come. The only time I saw people in my house was because they said toilet upstairs or downstairs was leaking. They did not notify me before getting into my house. The reason I don't know. I can't get anyone to repair anything in my house coz I tried and no one came. What I can say is if I had a choice I would have left but I will have to prepare may be end of this new year. I have to pay rent but no one cares if I have a problem with the house."

"Did a great tour with “Stacey” where she had told me a price that was a deal for the month of March. I made sure my move in date and and application were sent in a specific time to ensure the rent price. I spoke with 2 other female staff that required information that had already been sent, as well as confirmed they had received the info (magically they didn’t have it..) now the rent price is more expensive all of a sudden now that I’ve paid my application fee, paid for renters insurance and was waiting for my approval. They tell you what you want to hear, and when you apply and spend money they have no recollection. Very sad because i was hopeful. Terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend at all."
