"I contacted two townhome communities in this area as there are several, so competition should be immense however …this one seemed to only cater to section 8 or something because when I told the leasing agent I had two jobs and two 1099 forms related to self employment she seemed confused as to what a 1099 form was. I was extremely put off by how extraordinarily unprofessional this office was considering the cost of rent you would think they would hire professional people to work in the office but this is not the case. I’m happily at the other townhome community which hires professionals to work in the office."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! Especially if you have kids. They threaten to put you out over toys in your backyard they are Harassing & unfriendly to residents they tell you your home is not your home and they basically can do what they want to you because they actually own the property. Would not recommend to anyone"

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!! They are over priced and not even nice. $1,500 a month for a washer and dryer, and appliances that are not from the 70's. I had to throw a fit just to see the inside of the unit before signing the lease, due to health reasons I needed to make sure it did not smell since they do NOT know the history of the property, like mold or smokers. My cosigner was not allowed to see the unit, which is a red flag. They will NOT let you view your unit until you have signed the lease. THE CARPET WAS NOT NEW, which is against health code, THEY JUST STEAMED IT. There were bugs inside, it looked dirty and the carpet did not look like it was put in correctly. Almost all the townhouses are on busy roads, which is annoying when you are trying to parallel park or cross the street. Save your money and time."

"I really don’t understand why there isn’t a model available to view the house for potential tenants. I think It’s crazy that you have can’t view the house unless you sign the lease to move in first. What if you don’t like how the house look in the inside? What if the house don’t look like the model? Will you still be stuck with the lease. This is very disappointing. They want someone to pay $1300 in rent but can’t afford an actual model for someone to view."
