"Roaches tons of roaches. Maintenance bombed and I seen a roach the very next day. I also seen them in the hallways of my neighbor who lives in another complex so I know it’s not just mine. Major issue that needs to be addressed properly."

Prior to coming in Nelly sold me over the phone but meeting her, a beautiful person inside out. So much vibrant energy and made even a disappointing situation light hearted. I’ll be back just because Nelly took her time to do the application with me, while answering phones and still attending to the needs of residents and keeping a smile. The service is way better than the other properties in the area."

"Great property with good security, very neat, maintenance is prompt and top notch, quiet and homely. The living room space is great. Ventilation, heating and cooling systems are great. The cabinet space is so great that you will have space for everything you have and your apartment will look so organized. The Leasing office staff are wonderful. Maintenance staff are good at their job, and they are very polite. Great value for money."

"I have been here for almost 11 years. Until recently with new management I have been fine. With new management my family and myself have been targeted. While so many things are going unfixed. I have been here for 11 years you would think maybe I would get new paint appliances etc ? No nothing ! But what you will receive is pop ups from management ! Them basically telling you , you have no alternatives talking to anyone else beside who they present ! I was told today even though I have problems here , their only concern is rent and renting out an apartment ! I’m very disgusted on how I have been treated! Today my property manager knocked on my door and told me “my music had to come down because it was too loud” I asked her about the quiet hours between 10pm-7am she told me that does not matter she’s telling me my music needs to come down! So I turned it completely off and went outside I seen her walking back to the leasing off alone. I then called and ask for corporate information because this is now the second time she has been unpleasant with me. Whoever answered the phone told me “Mike is actually here and he’ll come see me” I said okay and sat outside with my kids. I was told I’ll receive a lease violation for playing music loud for literally one minute the property manager Nelly knocked on my door. Which it was turned down literally a second later. No warning or anything just a lease violation ! Then corporate comes to tell me about my rental history.When I mentioned I have never had a lease violation in 11 years . He said “No but you have been late on your rent several times”. Dismissing anything I may have had to say . He then also lied and told me how he was upstairs and heard the loud music. When I personally saw the property manager walking away so I know that was not true. I told him neighbors have never complained about noise with me . He told me “Neighbors don’t have to complain we’re your landlord we can do so.If that’s not bully and intimidation I don’t know what is. They then told me there will be an inspection which is fine . But keep in mind inspections were just done in May when my lease was renewed and nothing came about. My family is definitely being targeted . When I asked if there were anyone else I could speak to I was told “No I’m the regional manager there’s no one else” I know that’s not true .Three weeks ago when I was at work the property manager Nelly came over unannounced where my babysitter was watching my kids. And asked my son to speak to my babysitter after my son told her that I was not home. My babysitter is not on my lease why would you need to speak with her regarding my rent. She then proceeded to come in and talk to her. They’re children they were scared of course they would let her in. When I spoke with her about this she went on to tell me how she’s reached out to me both by email and phone both were not true. As I’m still receiving emails from Ross Ridge just none from her personally. I am truly disgusted with this. I do not complain. When maintenance does not perform their task. Or how management will gossip with neighbors about you private business! This place is not great! At all! Again as stated my family and I have been targeted. I will be updating this very soon with proof!It is very obvious I am being targeted.I feel like I am being harassed this is not okay! Several of my neighbors have been feeling the same."
