"Overpriced. Resident for 11 months. During the time, we had alot of plumbing issues, which to their credit, were promptly addressed by maintenance. In September, we came back from a short trip to find our apartment flooded with sewer water and fecal matter after workers blew the lines with air pressure. We lost half our furniture and spent 2 weeks with our 2 dogs in a hotel. Luckily our insurance covered most of our losses. However, Renew and their home office did not credit us for the time our apartment was uninhabitable, we still were required to pay rent in full. Adding insult to injury, they felt that a $250 credit was their only responsibility. Renter beware"
