"3 stars because I have a place to sleep. Rodents have become a problem over the past year. Recent residents have apparently brought roaches with them. I see and kill maybe 5 a month. 5 a month, 2, 10.. No amount of bugs are ok. Spraying is being done but Not aggressively and consistently. The name of this facility ( apartment development) Should be called Spring Grove because of unruly and strung out residents... I'm really saddened. This use to be a cozy little nest."
"I am a neighbor of these apartments. They are terrible and unresponsive neighbors. On one of their buildings there is a floodlight that shines into his house. He has complained and they do NOTHING. A simple fix to help a neighbor and they dont care. Ive also called about a resident who screams so loud neighbors a block away can hear him. Morning, mid day and at night, this resident screams all the time. An otherwise great neighborhood and they dont care. I can't imagine renting from them."
