Riverwoods at Tollgate

"Hello Ive been living at riverwoods for almost a year. I have no complaints. It beautiful and yes nestled in nature. Our Forrest friends are not a bother. Office staff is very kind and considerate of our maintenance needs ( which I really don't have). And if a need should arise, its handle in a timely manner. Kim is very helpful and out going. She is a wonderful property manager. And I would recommend this oasis to anyone looking affordable luxury living."

The property is always clean, and I appreciate it being smoke-free because my kids play around in area. This complex is well-kept and the property manager is very nice as well, so if you’re looking for a nice and clean environment to live at I highly recommend Riverwoods."

"I’ve been living at this complex for 6 months and had no issues . Very beautiful and spacious inside. I love the open concept. I did all of my paperwork and signed my lease with Kim. Kim was very professional and pleasant as well as made the move in process a breeze. She has been very friendly to myself as well as my kids and make you feel right at home. Office Staff is always available when you need them. I will Definitely be here for a while and would recommend this complex to others."

"The property staff were professional, courteous and attentive to my needs. I walked in to ask about apartment availability. They explained how they’re a small team operation and unfortunately didn’t have any open slots for tours at the moment. They gladly helped me schedule an appointment for another date. When I came back they explained all the options for me which included a run down of what units were available. I got a wonderful tour of the property and saw the units they had available. The units were in great state and well maintained. I never felt pressured and always had the attention of the property manager. If you’re looking for an apartment in the area I would definitely contact them."

"I absolutely love living here! Kim has been a blessing to me from the moment I stepped through the door. The apartment is beautiful and I feel very safe here. I thinks it’s especially sweet that she takes the extra time to involve our little community in get togethers so we are able to meet one another. I had to email her late in the evening on a weekend about a heating issue and she responded quickly and had someone out the next day to look at the problem. In addition, you couldn’t ask for a better maintenance person, Ken. He is always so professional and has repaired the 2 small things the same day. This is such a wonderful environment for my family."
