"I contacted 3 times to the billing department to correct the bill and they agreed on phone that the bill was quoted wrong. But no change to my bill since 3 months. They do not follow up back as to what happened to the change requested bill. They don’t send bill to your address. The appointment taking staff is highly irresponsible and rude, they keep you waiting for the doctor and does not give you updates. The billing department phone number and email never works. I had to wait hours to get someone on call. I do not recommend this place. Go elsewhere where the staff respects your time and know what they are doing."

"HOW TO HARASS NEW PATIENT 101 I booked an appointment in Nov/Dec 2021. This provider told me that’s the earliest that is available. My only fault was that I admittedly arrived 8 minutes late. No information was sent to me other than that I have an appointment on x date and x time. There was no information sent to me about new patients and the receptionist was overloaded with snarkiness about - where is my packet (never sent to me). Then she lied on my face that I booked an appointment in May, which I had booked in 2021. I was outright dismissed for showing up 8 minutes late. The staff has no respect or accountability whatsoever. They accused me of booking late appointments, showing up without the alleged packet or informations. I showed them their message log and they had only lies and baseless facts to give me. I was rescheduled and wasn’t even given the same doctor. Please consider before choosing to get stuck with them. I booked myself 7-8 months in advance with them. And stopped looking for other providers as I am new to the area. Now that they have the patient stuck with them, who cares is the attitude they have! What a horrid experience!!"

"Dr. Rau is the best doctor I have ever had. She is truly just one of the kindest people I've ever met and always makes me feel comfortable. I had a really bad experience with my last doc/OBGYN... so when I got someone like Dr. Rau it made me 10x more comfortable. She listens to me, gets excited for me, remembers details I wouldn't think she'd even remember! I just really like her and have a lot of respect for how she handles herself and her patients. :)"

"I waited for 4 months to see Dr Denise D. Wegrzynowicz as a new patient. I show up to the appointment 8 minutes late because I got lost getting to building (GPS took me to a different location) and she refused to see me. The staff was extremely rude and they waved me goodbye as I leave the office because I told them nevermind I will go see a different doctor."

"While the doctors themselves seem kind and knowledgeable, the practice itself leaves a lot to be desired. You don't get called when promised, you don't find out test results when promised, you don't get to speak with an actual person more often than a recording, and just all around terrible communication. I feel like a number here, not a patient. I am actively looking for a different doctor due to these issues, not due to the doctors, but the doctors aren't worth feeling like an unvalued number over."
