"I moved in almost two weeks ago and upon moving in I was told there was no screen in the bedroom and it would be fixed same day. It wasn’t, I had to call the leasing office twice to get this resolved, but the service once received was great. The maintenance guy was kind and quick. The screen is great and it’s been nice being able to have the window open since the weather has been so pleasant. The woman at the leasing office, Erin, is also really wonderful and when I called back the second time she really made sure they were coming out to fix it. Overall a good experience."

"I was honestly blown away by the service I received from the maintenance team. I was locked out of my apartment after 10pm and still received quick help. I called the emergency maintenance request line. The woman I spoke with was pleasant and professional. I was back in my apartment in about 30 minutes! That’s WAY better than any time I had to call a locksmith and they’re only charging me $35. Also MUCH cheaper than having to call a locksmith. I just moved here 2 weeks ago so this experience has built my comfort and confidence that I moved to the right place."

"Henderson Webb/ Lakeview Apartment has been phenomenal in their responses to maintenance calls. Everything that breaks is usually replaced with new products where necessary. Hhh I remember they had to retile my bathroom a second time ( within a week), just because the previous installer make an error, which couldn’t have been obvious to us. That tells a lot about how compliance to codes and standards. I also like the idea that they send a familiar technician consistently."

"I’ve been renting here for one year now and I haven’t had any serious issues. The minor issues that I did have were resolved immediately and to my liking. The only thing that I’d like to see incorporated is an upgrade to maintenance scheduling. I’d like to see a system where you can schedule a maintenance visit as opposed to you making a request and maintenance showing up at will. Setting a scheduling system in place where the tenant can choose from maintenance availability based upon the request will allow the tenant time and notice to plan for or around the visit. We really don’t like maintenance coming at will. It’s like an intrusion upon our personal space."

"I have been here for a little over a year and think it’s such a great place to live. Anytime I submit a maintenance request they come within a few days and solve that issue. Recently my automatic payments were reset due to renewing the lease and when I called for assistance, the lady I spoke with was BEYOND kind. She even went the extra step to wait a day and call me back before I paid just so I wouldn’t accidentally make 2 rent payments. Not the fanciest of places, but such a great base/start and I am appreciative the rent did not increase for another year. I recommend this place to everyone. Even had a coworker check it out and they now live here too. You cannot beat the bang for your buck with the safeness/community of Cockeysville."
