"They say you never get a second chance at a first impression. The moment my girlfriend and I walked into the Avalon lobby, we instantly were captived. Then, to sweeten the deal even more, the amazing employee that helped us initially (Tim P.) and I knew each other already. So that made me feel even more comfortable. After a self guided tour (very cool since the places we looked at before had someone following us, and we didnt love people breathing down our necks), we decided pretty much instantly we wanted to move in. The building is clean and welcoming , the apartments are cozy, modern, and very well lit with natural lighting. The amenities in the building included are amazing as well, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been very friendly. Moving is never easy, but Tim, the manager Miss Latoya, and even the maintenance crew made moving in comfortable and easy. 10/10 experience, I would recommend the Avalon Apartments to anyone looking for a home."

"Safety is a huge concern. Cars are being broken into in the garage on a regular basis, garage door is always broken and left open, people who don’t live here sleep in the common areas and shower in the locker rooms, door locks are broken and not secured. Staff is no where to be scene and won’t answer the door/calls. The property manager is the rudest and most unfriendly woman you will ever come in contact with."

"I have lived at Avalon Hunt Valley since its opening in 2016. I love it. Management and support staff are great. They are very supportive of residents' needs. The community is wonderfully diverse. If one makes an effort to meet new people here, you'll be rewarded with terrific friendships. The apartments are nice, and the amenities are great, too. The location can't be beat .. safe and walkable to stores, restaurants, and the lightrail."

"I lived here for an year and I loved this place. The community is great good and management is helpful. All maintenance request are looked sooner as requested. The pool is clean and opens in summer days. The apartment is secure and clean. My apartment faced the pet park so I enjoyed great scenery all seasons. The apartment has walking distance groceries and shopping stores so car isn't much required unless you want to go Baltimore. The Hunt Valley town center organizes some events too. Great place! Nice Memories! Edit: After vacating the apartment in clean conditions, we were asked to pay to replace fridge door and the electric stove top ~$1200 - $1500 (they said it was new and scratch-less before we moved in) which was pointless. Avalon expects you to live in a new apartment and use no appliance as they need everything back in new conditions. Pathetic! If you plan to live here expect to pay nonsense charges in the end when you vacate (I did read similar comments from other people's review, I wish I did took it seriously)."
