"I've lived here for 9 years now. The building itself is older and needs some updates but you can make it your "own" comfy place. The maintenance guys are super and they get the job done, there's no procrastinating with that crew! Since the pandemic things have changed considerably & there's not many activities anymore except bingo on Tuesday nights & several residents have card game groups & the pool table on the second floor for entertainment. The long standing beauty shop was closed down before the pandemic & never reopened, however Great Clips & Hair Cuttery is close. Transient & Mobility Buses come to our building for pickups around the county. We are within walking distance to Harford Mall & many other shopping centers close by and very close to Upper Chesapeake Hospital. There's a non- denominational church that meets on Sunday, a catholic church that meets once a week as well. The layout of the building allows continuance exercise during the winter months which is most helpful for us that like to walk! Pets are permitted. Dogs cannot be over 22Lbs. One pet only. No snakes or critters of that kind."

"The manager is very nasty!! She treats people poorly! She has no problem lying through her teeth, so unprofessional!"

"The second hand smoke reminds me of the smoking section on airplanes in the 80’s. Who ever thought that that was a good idea? Oxygen tanks everywhere ... dangerous to say the least. Needed common area updates thirty years ago. Sadly the building is old and no one at Department of Aging cares. They are building the new and not maintaining the current."

"I have lived here at Harford Senior Housing for 5 years and I only have 2 complaints (1) I wish the kitchens were a tad bit bigger and (2) I would love to have a balcony … neither is going to happen. As far as the staff we have by far the best maintenance guys EVER .. great office personnel.. and one lady to keep this building clean.. the building is kept in good repair and is kept clean and there is almost nothing the staff would not do for the people that reside here.. Just like to request new pictures be taken because the ones on the site do not do this place justice. I think its so beautiful in the spring and summer when everything is in bloom . and at Christmas when its decorated …"

"This place can seem like a "Nature Reserve" at times. Serene, quiet, "Green Spaces." See deer, turtles, rabbits, owls & other animals as they go about their day or night. Local Public Transportation is available, & within walking distance of shopping, eateries & other businesses, yet tucked away in the beautiful green space & almost unseen from the main drag.This place is clean, & very well kept. There are many activities here or resources to connect you to outside activities. People are friendly most of the time."
