Belcove Place

"Would highly recommend looking at other apartments. Apartments are old and worn out and everything is always breaking. We always had bug issues and the maintenance team/leasing office would never do anything about it. They advertise a dog park but their dog park has so much dog poop in it that you can’t even walk, they never maintain it. We broke our lease early to move to another apartment and it was the best decision we’ve ever made. Also, it took the leasing office over 3 months to send me my security deposit check and they kept trying to tell me that they sent it when they didn’t, they couldn’t even provide me with a check number, they just kept blaming it on corporate. There are way nicer apartments in the Hartford/Baltimore county area (like the apartment we live in now). Would highly recommend not living here."

"Moved out for the first time here at Belcove. Great Space, the people in the office (notably Chrissy) are especially helpful, easy to talk to, and considerate, and the location is convenient considering it’s right off of Main Street in Bel Air. Just renewed for another year. :)"

"We have been here for a month and have been in love with this place! The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 is because of some maintenance issues with the apartment itself, though they have been prompt with addressing them thankfully. Aside from some outdated aspects of the unit, this place has been a great first home for my family and I. The neighborhood is FANTASTIC, the neighbors have been awesome and very respectful. Even though we are right along 924, it's a quiet and peaceful neighborhood and everyone seems to mind their own. Having 2 floors in our unit has been incredible and it is a lot more spacious than we imagined. Well worth the money, especially for the location and being so close to Main Street and Downtown Bel Air. Margaret in the leasing office is a gem and the communication has been excellent for us when needed. She helped us through the entire process and made us feel welcomed. Parking isn't an issue, the garbage collection has been outstanding (not a bunch of trash laying around, at least in our development) and just an all around great place to live. Give it a shot if you are looking for something convenient and worth your money!"

"I live here and absolutely love it! The neighborhood is so quiet and clean which makes it enjoyable to sit out on your balcony. The neighbors are also super nice and always say hi. The staff is very welcoming and are willing to help with anything and any call. It’s a great place to live. Would 10/10 recommend anyone to live here."

"I've been at belcove (country village) since 2020 and I've been happy here and I especially like my building. I've gotten close with a few of my neighbors and everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Chrissy (at the leasing office) is so helpful and very friendly. She's so patient and caring with residents! She's even the one who took care of my lease when I first moved in and gave me tours of the complex. I'm glad she's still here and as our assistant property manager now. I highly recommend belcove as your next place of residence! See Chrissy for all your needs!"
