The Park at Winters Run

"Moved to the Park at Winters Run back in July. Hands down the best apartment I’ve lived in to date. The team is very accessible and good at communicating updates about the property and keeping residents aware of any changes (weather, holidays, trash service). I placed two maintenance requests yesterday and within 2 hours the issues were resolved. They’ve recently installed Amazon lockers as well as replaced the carpets in entry ways to help revamp a bit. I feel very safe and at home within our community. Thank you to the team for making this such a great place to live!"

"My experience at The Park at Winters Run has been great, been here for 2 years. Management and maintenance has been very responsive and always willing to accommodate. The up keep of the property is prompt, they do their best to keep everything looking good and clean. Probably one of the best apt complexes in the area. Other than things that are out of management’s hands like irresponsible dog owners (in which dog waste stations are literally everywhere) and at times limited parking it has been a pleasant experience."

"This property was an amazing experience for me. I live in NY and SC and would work in Maryland on the weekdays. For my first few months I stayed in a hotel and realized I wanted something better with lots of amenities and great service. This place provided that and started with Ashley P., Darious and Jacquelle. All 3 were amazing while I stayed for the past year. These 3 made the experience amazing. "The Park at Winters Run is a great place to live. Beautiful apartments and beautiful grounds and exteriors. The Park has a courteous, caring, and well run staff that is attentive to our needs and keeps our community flourishing. Ashley Paris, Property Manager, was great during my lease signing and has always helped me throughout my time here, making it a wonderful living experience. The Park offers fun parties and great events for the community which Ashley handles and creates. She is always professional, organized, and caring, managing and providing for our community and homes. We are lucky to be here in this beautiful place and have Ashley manage it all. Thank you!"

"Went in to check an apartment, I was impressed by what I saw. Excellent place, the gentleman I met at the leasing office was helpful, patient, gentle and friendly. He helped us through online forms as we tried to fill it on the mobile phone. He shows us all the facilities from the swim pool, fitness center etc etc. The place is wonderful from what I have see so far."
