"This company steals your deposit. They don't provide receipts to show how they used your deposit and are now keeping 550 of my deposit with no proof or reason. This company bought the house I had lived in for 4 years. I had cats which were never an issue but after 4 years with the previous company, this company comes in and FORCED me to removed my cats saying g it was against their policies. That was the first month. Then my roommates became violent and started harassing me, claiming they would stop paying their bills, and they did. The company did not help with that, they refused to help. They gave private information to those roommates about my deposit and those roommates then used my deposit information to continue to refuse paying their bills. I understand why they might have taken some of my deposit, but not the extra amounts they REFUSE to show proof for. They refuse to show ANY receipts and have stopped responding when I ask for that proof. Marie, Harvey, and Sadek may take advantage of you too, or let their tenants take advantage of you. Be careful when using this company. I was only with them 2 months before I left the home I had lived in 4 years. There is no heart in this company, no ethics in this company and they don't follow the laws that everyone has to. I would find a different company."
