"I have been a resident for 5 years now. I always feel in good hands based on the staff's quick response and consideration towards my time. Jonas and Dallas on the maintenance team are VERY EFFICIENT!  They respond quickly to request needs for repairs, fixes or whenever I need anything to be looked at. There were times Jonas has came back for a follow-up to ensure that everything is working. I highly recommend giving Wakefield Manor Townhomes and Apartments a chance. They will take care of you!"

"I'm pretty happy about the rising rent costs and not being able to enjoy the pool. Since Maryland is pretty much open and all other developments that have pools are open, our pool for some reason, is not. Hooray!!"

"The townhouse is nice for two people to share. But, it is impossible to contact the leasing manager about anything. We have been trying to contact him in person, via phone, and through email for months at different times of the day and have never gotten a response. At one point we had no water and tried calling several times with nothing. I would give a higher rating (the area is wonderful, everything is close, and the place is nice for the price) but he is impossible to get when there are issues. When we moved in our cabinet shelves were broken and we contacted him immediately - flash forward to asking for them to be fixed for 4 months with nothing being done we eventually went over and told him to sign a paper that we can fix them ourselves. We are now looking into moving because he is impossible to get a hold of for when there are issues or concerns. We have been trying for 2 and half months now to contact the general manager about a few things and have not been able to speak with him (phone, person, and email)."

"It's cozy, small but very comfortable. Very safe area. Many children accessible playgrounds, sport fields, even summer swimming pool! A walking distance to all the school's, from Elementary to High, the best schools!"
