"Walls and floors are extremely thin. I can hear my downstairs neighbor snoring! Conversations and surround sound systems will keep you up. You hear everything your neighbors are doing. Leasing office isn’t always available during the times listed that they’ll be. I’m afraid for winter to come after reading the reviews on the heat!"

"Very poor place to live. From to the manager down to the leasing professionals. The one lady who actually worked as a janitorial personnel, then they decided she's now qualified to be a leasing professional...VERY BAD IDEA. She could never put a ticket in correctly or on time for them to fix your issue. She also had very bad customer service skills. Just a very terrible experience. Also, theybadvertised free heat at the apartments but that is not true. They have no heat in the winter, making it very difficult to deal with winter conditions...so I suggest you invest in a space heater if possible. Also, they have a very bad skillset when it comes to dealing with customer relations. I had a neighbor that would constantly play music after the 10pm cut off time, they would speak to them and the resident would continue to ignore your requests and do as they please. They do not have a 3 strike rule in this place as I had complained more than 10 times about these issues and nothing was done. Even to the point where I switched shifts and they resident still was very loud...complained finally to manager and she was also non helpful. They will raise your rent and will not do any renovations to the property...I just moved and made sure the apartment was up to their standards for vacating the property, they still charged me 75.00 for a smoke detector stating it was broken. When I know for a fact it was not...as you can see they are also money hungry and will do anything to steal from your deposit. I myself personally hadn't missed one payment but still allow people who are late on their rent to get their way...so as you can see they also don't value the good residents over the terrible ones.The only positive experience about this place was the maintenance pickup guy...but everyone else terrible. Everyone save yourself the headache...PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!"

"That last comment is a very poor judgement on this place. I've been here a year going on two. There's only one negative thing about this place, and that's the heat is pretty low during the winter so to still might need a heater. Other than that, everything is Gucci. Their customer service is always genuine and helpful when needed. They are professional but will work with you when certain problems occur if you let them know ahead of time. The ladies at the office are great, I've never had a bad comment to say about them. I always recommend this place when I hear someone wants to move. Just come in for yourself and see!"

"Wonderful leasing office staff who are always available and friendly. Maintenance comes quick when you need them as well. Only adjustment is getting used to not being able to control your own heat and AC. However, it's a bonus that heat is included with rent ! Great, affordable apartments."

"This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in, if I could give it less than one star then I would or just have the option to not rate it at all would probably be better. They have no working heat , and no A/C, my ceiling fan broke 3 times until they finally decided to change the entire fan, but expect so much more out of you. The women in the leasing office are truly one of a kind, they have the most disgusting attitudes and worst management skills I have ever seen in my life. I've never lived in a leasing office that renews your lease without you having to go in the office and actually sign for a new lease. I could go on for days about how trash they are, but unfortunately I'm still in a lease that I did not want to renew. You will get exactly what you pay for living here and it's just not worth it."
