As long as you communicate effectively with them they will work with you! Maintenance team is very responsive! Head of Maintenance, Walt takes pride in the property and is very willing to help with any maintenance needs! My suggestion is to seek a top floor apartment if possible as the walls are somewhat paper thin and you can easily hear the neighbors above you!"
"Good afternoon,today I had an appointment to look at an apartment Literally mins before I was to show up MRS Ashley called me and told me my apartment appointment was cancelled. I proceeded to ask why it was cancelled and she was extremely rude and dismissive towards my questions. I highly suggest anyone refrain from renting for BARCLAY SQUARE APARTMENTS. THE leasing office is ridiculous,very rude and corporate will be hearing from me because I'll be reporting Mrs Ashley immediately"
