"Do not use this company. You would think $275 for a 30 min PCR would give you peace of mind when traveling. No issue with getting my COVID test on time. The problem was their documentation. For example, the name and DOB of the person taking the test is not clearly identified. Instead of John Smith & DOB 05/27/2005, you could get J*hn Smit* & 05/*7/2***. I have no idea why they would invalidate the COVID test document by altering the ID info. I get that computer glitches occurs. However, this company will not respond to emails or calls to correct their mistake. My result was rejected because the identifying info did not match my passport. My butt would have been in mandatory isolation in a foreign country if I had not been able to provide another lab's PCR result, at an additional expense to me. TACKL should refund my original $275 AND the cost for the 2nd test. Sadly, as they did not respond when I was frantically trying to avoid quarantine, they did not respond to my demand for a refund. You do not need additional hassles when traveling internationally and definitely use a company that responds to you when an error occurs."
