"My first time moving out and feeling free; gotta say, its nice. My apartment was fixed up before I got there. I got new carpeting, cabinets, counter tops...the works---way to impress! The only reason i didn't leave a 5 star is because the parking is atrocious. I dont know who designed the layout, but oh well, it is what it is. I knew it would be like that, so it's on me too. The office people are awesome and knowledgeable. Alejandra (Ali) Rios is like an agent, always there to answer questions and fix confusion---thanks for being awesome and patient. She also let me know when there was an open parking spot which was a life saver. Overall, I'd recommend this complex to anyone; and the staff will be there to guide you through everything. Thanks for a fun new experience."

For Halloween they had pizza, drinks, and trick or treat bags for the kids. It was such a nice gesture. If you’re looking for your next home, I recommend Potomac garden.”"
